Zhang Baoyun 张宝云
A senior English guide with years of experience hosting official delegations and business groups. Proactive, warm and meticulous — she remembers the small things before you ask.
Senior guide · Outbound tour leader
250 licensed guides across Shanghai and the Delta. We assign by language, subject and temperament — then tell you who is coming.
Each language has its own desk and subject line. Write to the desk — include dates, party size and what you want to see.
Portuguese-speaking guides in Shanghai are scarce and their diaries fill early. If we cannot cover Portuguese on your dates, we will offer a Spanish-speaking guide or an English guide with Portuguese written materials — and you choose. We never make the swap silently.
Three guides we are often asked for. Their licence levels and numbers are printed so you can verify them.

Four frames from the routes our guides run every week. The people change; the standard of the day does not.

Every guide in China carries an electronic guide licence issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. You do not have to take our word for it.
We put the guide’s name and licence number in the proposal, not just on the day.
Use the official portal above. The licence belongs to a person, not to a company.
The guide carries the electronic licence. Ask to see it before the itinerary starts.
