For a single day, 2–4 weeks is comfortable. For multi-day trips, business groups or a specific guide, 4–8 weeks is safer. We can sometimes move faster — ask.

Yes. Every itinerary is private for your party; we do not put you with strangers. The vehicle and guide are assigned to you.

A private vehicle and driver, a licensed guide where stated, hotel pickup, fuel, tolls, parking and passenger insurance. Tickets, meals and personal expenses are listed separately.

A deposit confirms guides, hotels and vehicles; the balance is due before travel. We quote in USD, EUR or CNY and send payment details with the written proposal.

Yes. Every guide carries an electronic guide licence from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. We send the name and licence number, and you can verify it on the official portal.

We work in English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. Portuguese guides in Shanghai are limited, so book early; if we cannot cover your dates, we tell you before you book.

Yes. We meet you inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, track the flight, and fit child seats on request. Both airports and the cruise terminals are covered.

Yes. We coordinate factory and market appointments, provide a business interpreter and build realistic drive times around your meetings in the Yangtze Delta.

Send a message on WhatsApp; the driver waits and we re-time the pickup. Waiting time is agreed in advance, so there is no surprise.

Yes. We work with agencies, corporate travel desks and event organisers, and can handle multi-vehicle movements and rooming lists.
